Jack In The Box - Des Moines

As I pulled away from the drive thru I heard the woman at the window yell NEXT TIME GET A SALAD! Obviously I won 't be returning to this location.

Her just Laugh'd ,passed my food and shutt window. No Sauces dat night.

The lady that took our order at the drive-thru was rude. She also did not give us the receipt. So I'm not sure if she used the coupon in our order.

I just went to this location and ordered food for me and my sister, she got a 8piece nugget meal with curly fries and a Oreo milkshake. I got home and gave her the food and she was missing 2 chicken nuggets and had regular fries instead of curly fries. I mean if I wanted less I probably would’ve payed less? But no I payed the full amount for less food. And on top of that when I tried to call to see if there was anything we could do since I work near by, their phone line was cut off?

I ordered #10, and she heard #2 n literally wanted to argue that with me. I also got the jumbo jack meal no cheese, and that came out with cheese. So both sandwiches were WRONG. The curly fries sat under the warmer n were Luke warm. I usually don't complain about much cuz why. But $26 for 2 meals with an Empty drive thru and inside also empty. I feel they had time to get it right.
