Best BBQ in town, hands down. I highly recommend the turkey. Stopped by for a quick lunch. Great service, as we walked in to see where to sit/order, a nice gentleman saw and gave us the run down and a few suggestions. I order the brisket lunch platter with Mac and cheese and potato casserole and hubby got burnt ends sandwich and side of potato salad. We also had heard the apple dumpling was delish so we added that. Food came out quick and hot! All sides were delish. Mac and cheese was creamy and seasoned well. The potato casserole was also seasoned well and nice breaded topping. The hubby liked their Potato salad. Now to the meats-I think I got more of the tail end of a brisket, not many fatty parts and it wasn’t a melt in your mouth kind. The hubbys burnt ends were to die for. They did melt and the flavor was great. But the star was that darn apple dumpling. I literally told the lunch crowd walking in as we left they also had to order it. I also commend seeing the staffs teamwork-all hands on deck and checking in on patrons. Wish we lived closer, but will be back when we are in the area for sure!

We stopped for lunch on a busy Saturday/Veterans day. We did have to wait in line to order, but it was only around 15 minutes. I had the pit ham with baked beans and fries, and my wife had the chopped pork with potato salad and coleslaw. Both meats were very good. The beans were really good and the seasoned fries were fantastic! Service: Dine in
