My wife went in to order 4 cinnamon square cookies they failed to tell her that they had no cookies ready and didn’t tell her there would be any kind of wait until she had already waited about 15min. At that point they told her that it would be a 5 minute wait and asked if that’s okay. Like what other option does she even have but to wait? Why would she exchange our cookies after waiting almost 20 minutes for the cookies SHE ALREADY PAID FOR! The customer service is subpar at best. They need to learn to communicate early with their customers so they can make a choice before waiting and waiting. Not to mention at least 20 customers came in after her and was out with there cookies in no time. Will not be returning to this location.
