On The Border Mexican Grill Cantina

I eat at OTB all the time for happy hr, and when stopping in at those location it shocked me that they had so many people working but no one running food and helping out the bartenders who clearly need food runners so they could focus on there bar guests! The bartender was so busy ? she was juggling 4 different couples order and t single people all by memory and making service well during and the entire bar... I can't believe on a Fri night she didn't have back up.... do better OTB! MY food was amazing as always ? love the Tex Mex here!!!!

The food would have been amazing had my steak fajitas not been burned, and the service would have been great if my waiter had waited on us effectively. I can tell she seen a bigger table and they were dressed business attire and we weren't so I am sure she saw tip money in her mind there but I tip very well so she missed out on that.

It had been years since I have eaten at their restaurant.Everything was great!

We came in during happy hours to celebrate my niece birthday and we sat at the bar, no music ,I ask the young lady was it ok if I could play my phone to a small speaker she said it was ok, bur the other blond hair girl said I had to turn it off because the GM didn't work want music play in the bar area. I find that to be a problem the bar usually has music, that's why we sat in the bar area snd not the table. I use to love coming to on the boarder, but we left and went were we can hear music and enjoy . I had a small speaker and wanted to play it at a low tone for my nieces for her birthday. Thank u

Chris was exceptionally quick and courteous, even with two trainees. Our food was hot and came to the table quickly. Definitely one of the better restaurants in the chain.
