Miller's Ale House - Destin

Pick up order. My friend liked her Cobb salad, but the Zingers Mountain Melt was dry and tasteless. Very bland. The chicken had no seasoning at all not even salt. It seemed fried although it wasn’t crispy. The fries were lukewarm and topped with a few clots of melted cheese and the tasteless chicken. No sauce or seasoning (I asked for honey BBQ). I ended up throwing it away as we were camping and I didn’t have access to my own sauces. It just wasn’t worth eating.

Customer service is amazing I had a small problem with my order and they fixed it immediately I’ve never been treated so well by a restaurant definitely will be back

Lunch specials and menu options have changed. I did get a blackened mahi-mahi fish sandwich and fries for lunch today for $13.99 tax tip.

This was such a terrible dining experience. Our server/bartender “JuJu” was inattentive and constantly distracted when taking my order. Having been a server before, I get it. But I got little to no eye contact from her and she didn’t bother to ask if I wanted a legit beverage before hurrying to get my husband’s order. She was more concerned about showing her homework assignment to her coworker.Food was mediocre at best. My zingers were room temp and soggy. His cheeseburger had unmelted cheese and was dry. Fries were fries you can’t really go wrong there.Our local Miller’s in Nashville is always bumping, upbeat, and attentive to their patrons. That wasn’t the case here.Management, please address that bartenders cannot except customers to place their order to the bartenders back and with minimal eye contact. It’s rude. All of this is coming from a 30/31 yo married couple who were servers for years in their twenties. Do better.

The service is very bad, we went to visit and the food was all cold and the service was very slow.
