I know it's a hard time for restaurants so I don't cover them, but it makes the menu a little confusing. the personal is also very helpful
Chef que is amazing, eating is at the point tasteful, healthy and vegan! some meat options for those who need.
I had their vegan mac n cheez while at spring Vegfest and it was great really filling! Updated from previous review on 2024-06-03
My favorite vegan spot this far. Fresh and clean ingredients. I get my meal prep from here. I’ve attended vegan cooking classes. Warm service and expanded menu.
A beautifully-decorated modern cafe with super friendly service, great coffee, good vibes, and solid food. The dish I had orecchiette with sausage could probably stand to be leveled up a bit for a dinner, but for lunch the price was right $15 . Would definitely return. Wish I'd opted for the great-looking chicken and waffles when I had the chance! Apropos of Beyond: Interesting to compare the orechiette dish here to Plum's $26 Black Truffle Sweet Potato Gnocchi with: with vegan sausage, lemony olive oil arugula, almond basil pesto, green peas, and parmesan. Vegan chefs are definitely embracing Beyond Sausage. Makes sense, because it's a knockout product, but it definitely runs the risk of dominating the dish and fatiguing the diner like Field Roast 10 years ago . I've had about 4 Beyond Sausage dishes this month while traveling mostly because meaty omnivore places like to slap it into a hot dog bun and call it a dish.
