For a mixed salad and a portion of blue lace we have to say at 6:00 in the evening and write for 40 minutes. The per se very adretten service girls were probably still in the first year of teaching and could not operate the microwave yet... The guest room is very rustic, with lots of wood and vinological accessories. Impressive sculpture, partly with religious background, as Dettelbach is also a pilgrimage site. Our room unfortunately went out in the back into an inner courtyard, overlooking the bakery. Otherwise calm. The breakfast buffet is 1a: very versatile, very tasty, great jam, fine sausage. It was possible to read the published newspapers extensively. The bakery comes from its own bakery and was still warm. Magnificent! Also worth mentioning is the connected bakery, which offers some fresh regional treats. To taste: the spicy muscazines, a pilgrim's pastry that only exists here!
