Contribuisci feedbackPlease learn to have some respect, regard or service for people. Barely have any at all for reg customers and definitely none for delivery drivers. Contrary to your belief ours and our customers time is actually valuable. Just as valuable as any customers in the drive-through and or waiting in the lobby! And I always give you guys an extra 5-10 minutes before I ever even come inside or ask for anything! And still all major attitude no service and just ignored majorly. Thanks for nothing and Good luck!
Highly disappointed. We went in as we were driving through and never been there. Sadly service was completely unorganized, unless you were 1 person with a very simple order. It took over 30 minutes to fill our basic order (1 drink and 1 snack per person). Even then I had to complain twice just to get the correct food items. They serviced well over 25 vehicles while we waited. There were only 2 other customers in the building when we arrived. Very few people ever came in. Very disappointed.
This is my favorite coffee place in ND. Always come here when in town, last time they were closed all weekend we were here for softball tournament. And Now this Sunday Sept 1 they closed at noon and wouldn't take my order even tho there were 2 vehicles in front of me in line to pay... Girl was pretty rude on the intercom as well.. just pretty disappointed all together. Especially since didn't even get any coffee !
Waited in line for 25 minutes on Sunday August 18th. Continued to ask in speaker of somebody could take my order. Finally drove around to just order at window and there is a City Brew employee standing outside the back door smoking and on her cell phone. I drove away and decided to try another coffee location. 10 minutes later after I had programmed new location in gps and drove out of parking lot the employee was STILL on phone out the back door. Employee should be without a job today!
Rude staff extremely slow service in drive thru there wasn't even a line.
