Service crew Ms. J ignored the order of people lined up. Made 4 errors with the order then demanded to see our receipt, as if they don't have a copy. Generally incompetent and apathetic management and crews. This place needs to be reviewed and overhauled by Chowking HQ.

The food is always good, just the only problem is lack of cashier, they have maybe 5 or 6 registers but only ever 2 taking orders, even on weekend when the store is so busy, have to often line up 15 or 20 deep, then wait sometimes 30 minutes just to place your order. Why have so many registers if you only ever have 2 open at any given time. Just makes no sense, but having said that, the staff are very good and do the best they can.

Everything average. Nothing special, but tasty. Unfortunately very high in carbohydrates. Not healthy food options.

Good place to stay we can see people pass by .coz its in the corner of grand ..and I love to eat lauriat .
