Huddle House - Dillsboro

This restaurant is a great spot for brunch with prices ranging from $20 to $30 per person. The food was excellent, earning a perfect score of 5. The service was good, earning a 4. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also pleasant, earning another 4. Additionally, there is free parking available in a parking lot.

Kim was an amazing waitress. The food, service, and atmosphere all received a perfect 5-star rating.

We came back again today and things were much better. We were waited on fairly quickly, and the food was brought to us in a timely manner. The waitress was super nice and checked on us. Several times. The food was delicious. Food was good my eggs were a little undercooked. The waitress was really nice and friendly. I do think they need a little more help though. Follow up: We took a second trip here and I must say they really need some help. It took 10 minutes for us to get a table because none of them were clean. There was one waitress who was responsible for taking orders, cleaning tables, putting ice in the machines, taking food to the table, wrapping the silverware and I’m sure some more things that I forgot. There was another lady who was trying to help but she was also having to wash the dishes. There were two cooks and that was it. I did see a lady come from the back who looked like a manager. She was joking with one of the cooks and then she turned around, disappeared and never came back. Once we got our seat it took another 10 minutes for the waitress to take our order. Then our food sat in the window for another 10 minutes before the Cook spoke up and said someone needed to take it to our table. Of course the food was cooled off by this time. The food was good it would’ve been great if it was still hot. I do not consider at the waitresses fault as she has way too many responsibilities. They need someone to just clean the tables and wash the dishes. They need at least three waitresses. Until they get more staff I will not be returning.

It’s a good place they must have good management because every time I visit to eat there when I’m working over towards Franklin it’s great! Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20
