I did the buffet and everything was excellent and fresh. it is a small family owned by business and the dame behind the theke was very helpful and spoke perfect English.
I think this is the most authentic mexican they will find in dodge city. I loved the whole glowing experience here. eating and service is excellent! they recommend to watch this little dive!
The lady who owns/runs, is so beautiful for us when we come in, and eating is always good! it is like a small buffet or amazing eating!
Let me use a well worn phrase here: if they go in el kordita, they are no longer in kansas, toto! this is a small restaurant in mexiko, and they were transported quickly south of the border. I went on a Sunday night, where five tables of customers. all languages Spanish. a good sign when they look for the authentic witness. the tortillas are handmade, the tamales too. (I have been uploading photos from a tamane as well as unwrapped. in some nights it's buffet eating everything they want, others would like it's cafeteria style, where each dish has a price. if they stay in one of the hotels on the north side of wyatt earp, drive south of the border, opposite the quality inn. the journey worth it!
