Mcdonald's - Donaldsonville

I ordered a chicken McGriddle ain't got a hot and spicy McChicken Patty between two pancakes what kind of sense does that make? I would not recommend the McDonald's in donalsonville for anything in the world

If they don't hear your order properly, they argue with you at the window, and treat you like making the order change is impossible.

I have been having massive problems with the fast food in Donaldsonville. First Burger King, then Wendy 's, now McDonald 's. I took my 30 minute break from work on Thursday, drove to McDonald 's, ordered a double cheeseburger with no pickle, no onions. I had to be back at work by 10:50am. 10:45am, I 'm still sitting in the pick up parking spot #4 and I have no explanation why I 'm sitting here this long waiting for fast food. I later went to go pick up my refund and it took them forever too. You can keep my money. My time is more valuable to me. Not only did this place take my entire lunch break, but I went back to work hungry after sitting in a McDonalds parking lot for 20 minutes. Only eat here if you have time, have patience, and aren 't that hungry. Unreliable. Unprofessional. Not a single employee there has ever smiled at me. I will choose to drive over the river and patronize a different location, than to wind up this frustrated by a fast food company.

Two times this week I go to get breakfast and no o e ever answers it says it’s open but no one ever answers the drive thru so if it hungry in the morning find another place because they never answer here

3/30/24Sat in the outside drive through lane for about 5-10 minutes while the inside lane has 3 cars come and go. Went inside the lobby was ignored/ not noticed for at least another 5-10 minutes. A gentleman named Stanley was waiting for his food and visible upset and mumbling and ready to leave. They did not tell him his food was already made and inside the pick up box.
