Jimmy John's - Doral

I wish they read and followed their notes better. They constantly fill their soda's with ice all the way to the top. I ordered soda, not a cup full of ice. Very frustrating and makes me not want to order there any more.

Food is good, but not freaky fast. This has to be the slowest moving Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been too. Probably an off day, but they were so slow it warranted a review. Hopefully a one time thing.

My husband loves this location abd says he can eat there every day. Yes, fresh food, clean workers and the dinning areas are all clean each time I go. If your order is not what you wanted or you forgot to say what else you wanted, they fixed it for you or correct it to your satisfaction. Then say they are sorry for the mix up.

Overall good. But do something about your OATMEAL Cookies !!!! Second time around I have recently purchased and they are stale or old. Your staff is awesome, though.

Friendly folks, fast and clean. Parking is usually ample. Location is near mall exit with light control, so it's quick to get in and out.
