Contribuisci feedbackWe stayed overnight in our RV in July of 2023, as part of the Harvest Hosts program. The Brewery is fun. Nice atmosphere. A number of places to sit inside, as well as outside. We got a couple of drinks and some chips and spinach and artichoke dip. The drinks and food were both good. They sell some merch and drinks that you can take home, including mead.As for staying through Harvest Host, it went smoothly. We went inside and spoke with the bartender. He came out and showed us where to park. We did have electric, but don’t remember how many amps. The parking was in the grass. It was pretty flat. It was also quiet overnight.Great stay and we would definitely recommend this place.
The brewery itself offers VERY good craft beer from dark ales to blonde ales to sours Their gift shop has reasonably priced T-shirts, caps, koozies and other trinkets. The restaurant set-up is a bit odd, it’s one restaurant part of the week and another restaurant the rest of the week (see pictures). The food is standard pre-prepped deep fried bar food, but its pretty good. They do have live music, and a great play area for kids that is all fenced in. The music is not too loud and it really does PROMPTLY stop at 10:00 PM.
Folklore Brewing and MeaderyLive music, open kitchen and plenty of great tasting brews in an indoor and outdoor setting that will literally blow you away. Short distance off Ross Clark Circle, down Hodgesville Road to Hagler Road in Dothan to find the brewery, but once there you will be impressed GUARANTEED!The Service Team stems from the parking area as a greeter ushers you into an open parking spot, to the folks behind the food and beverage counters. Food was varied to satisfy anyone’s palette, everything from traditional Cajun items like gumbo, muffulettas, to Po’ Boys to seafood (fried shrimp, oysters, fish), chicken, burgers and some of the best hand cut French fries in the area. We enjoyed the muffulettas and Shrimp Po’ Boy with a plentiful side of fries. Food was tasty, hot and well seasoned. My guess is they have at least thirty, if not more varieties of brews on tap and a cooler for take home beers. The Brewery is open seven days a week and among the guests was a good mixture of age groups, children playing in the play area, people playing corn hole, others listening to the band, and some with their pets. The atmosphere is very laid back and enjoyable. Staff is super friendly and outgoing. From reading the posted advertisements, they have a variety of events and activities throughout the month for multiple ages. One activity we plan to return for is the Pints Paints.Don’t think one could ask for anything better on a warm mid summer evening delicious food with cold beer and live music.
What an amazing find!! We were road tripping home to Kentucky from the Florida panhandle and we made a random stop. The food is delicious, the beer tasty, and it's a welcoming family friendly environment! Highly recommend it!!
