Typically I love Elliano's. I live in Dublin so I always look forward to it when we come home to visit. This morning I took my 4 year old little girl in for a coffee/hot chocolate date and was very disappointed. This is the one and only time I've ever been disappointed here. So, not trying to knock. I just think someone should be aware. Nobody was rude. But the atmosphere felt rather unprofessional and not family friendly. I love music but the music was not appropriate for my little girl. We got a hot chocolate, coffee, chocolate chip cookies, and blueberry muffin. After paying we found out they didn't have chocolate chip cookies. So, I said we'd try a different kind. My 4 year old didn't approve, which is fine. Life isn't perfect. But it would be better to let your customer know before they pay for something that they don't have it available. I feel like I'm being petty. But if I was a business owner, I'd want to know. Thanks for listening! ?
