Pizza Hut - Douglasville

I wish I could give 0 stars. This store is the worst! Ordered on the app and went to pick it up when it said it was ready, the staff told me they messed up on my order so it would have to be re-made. They told me it would be ready in 15 minutes so 15minutes I went back in and was informed they never re-made the order. Was told they would give me a $20 credit in the app, which didn't even cover the cost of the pizzas ordered. I asked for my money to be returned, which they did but still neverreceived my pizza after waiting over 30 minutes and had to ask for the refund.

Last night, 11-7-2022 I went into Pizza Hut, now I don't usually go to pizza stores because I don't eat it, a family member asked if I could stop at Pizza Hut and pick them up something. I went in and was greeted by Novharr Alyssa. They definitelymade me feel welcome, and their customer service was outstanding. Thanks, Pizza Hut !

I don?t why this location is against putting sauce on pizza but y?all look at this.. smh .. where is the sauce?? They left all the sauce of the Detroit style pizza..

This is our 2nd time eating here since we stopped patronizing this location due to lack of customer care Although they have improved the aesthetics of the location greatly, the food preparation has only improved to it depending on which day of the weekto come and enjoy The Hut as I once have in my younger years. Having ordered two orders of Pepperoni Melts that took 20 to 25minutes to receive, they were mildly warm. I became more Disappointed in the fact that we were already dining on a credit from aprevious order malfunction, only to be informed that we would once again receive a store credit! It was improperly prepared,wish I would have brought my food thermometer!!! Just frustrated at this point!! #LookingForBetterService.

Awful Service! Manager refused to give a refund for pizzas I didn?t receive due to THEIR inability to fulfill my order as well as a recent large order. I waited an HOUR and still no pizzas. Requested a refund and was told by manager that Pizza Hut doesn?tdo refunds? wanted to give me a voucher instead. Police had to be called! Awful experience?stay far far away from thisplace! Note: I also saw workers boxing pizzas in the back with no gloves on. This can?t be safe or in compliance with foodsafety codes!
