Pizza Hut - Dover

Not impressed. ordered online, arrived about 20 minutes later. paid for my order. then waited half an hour. When I asked the girl on the counter, she said it wasn't done yet. I asked for the manager. she draws my order of the rule! it was finished all the time! So I got cold pizza, she offered to remake it, but at that point I wasn't in the mood to wait longer. supposedly she put a loan under my phone number for the next time. I suppose that'll happen. there are many pizza places in dover.

Definitiw much better than 6 months ago. 6 months ago I would not have recommended; but there was a huge turn since. it shows in customer service, in product and taste.

It was a crazy night for the driver, manager and me. I do not go into details about what happened because of the negative nancy’s on here and will not be on the positive in this. the debt was on both sides, my phone was grounded and when I called after the restart, the manager was super nice and understanding and long story short, she had made the food new and sent me and my children double the eating together with an additional leak and was just out of the many. while we were all annoyed by hunger, the amazing customer service of kaya is worth it at the end. I came and made a Google account just to review this. everyone who reads this, be kind and perhaps you will be rewarded for it, and that goes for everything in life. it's not that hard. are not rude and immature about the situation. they don't know what this other person does. kaya, many thanks for their professionalism and so a great manager for their employees. I hope I will see you sooner or later personally to thank you, because people like you and I are rarely more to find. bless you and I pray that your headline sees it. Right to gage the vans, went through the hell today and I felt bad and made it worth it his time. they were both so great and I hope that the situation understands what they have as a delivery driver and manager. they remain flowering and do not stop. You're the real one.

I will never go to Dover Pizza Hut again. I would give it 0 stars if I could. I called in my order at 6:45 and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived at the restaurant at 7:00 and waited for 30 minutes while another man came in, ordered a pizza, and left with his order. When I asked about my pizza, they told me it would be out soon. Finally, someone brought out my pizza, but when I asked how long it had been sitting there, nobody could give me an answer. I requested a refund, but was told they couldn't do that. This was a disappointing experience and I will not be returning.

I love this pizzahut! their staff are always so friendly! the pizza is always awesome as well. I will be a repeat customer
