Taco Bell - Dow

Have not had TB for years but this one here surprised me with pretty good food. great service.

Vinikus at the front counter was super helpful. Our food came out very quickly and was made correctly/delish.

Not the first time this has happened. I ask for Chalupa to be dropped fresh as they keep them in warmer way to long. Of course they didn’t do it. I used to manage a couple Taco Bell restaurants and those things need thrown out when they are that hard

Came here for dinner 2/9/24 around 6pm, stood at the counter waiting for several minutes. 2-3 kids working in the back looked at us and walked past. Not a word was said to us, no one acknowledged us, no one said someone will be out in a minute, nothing! Horrible customer service. Also the floors where the food was being prepared was dirty with dropped food and debris. Looks bad for a customer to see where their food is being made looking that gross . Used to come to this restaurant a lot. We will now go elsewhere.
