Contribuisci feedbackI came in because they gave me a birthday certificate and when I was ready to pay they told me that I needed a PRINTED copy. It's 2023 who prints things nowadays?
I should have looked at the reviews on this place before ordering food so thats my mistake. But now that im reading the comments it made sense i did a online order and once i arrived to the restaurant i ask the lady at the front desk where is the pick up order located and she directed me to around the corner to the right on the black table so i went and i waited for someone to help me for a good 6 min i was standing there with people just staring, i asked the people that work there and all 4 people that pass by me completely ignored me like i was invisible. So thats horrible customer service.Until an awesome girl ask me if i needed help and she finally got my order. Then i thought driving home hopefully their food is better then their customer service and i sadly was wrong. Spring rolls burnt and shrimp rice look like they just cut one shrimp and called it a day. Moral of the story read reviews on a place before spending your money.
Good food. Delayed twice and arrived 40 past the original delivery time.
I ordered from RA Sushi Downey, to my surprise my food was delivered from Benihana. I wouldn't of placed the order if I knew I came from Benihana, I'm very upset and was forced to eat the food. I didn't want $100 go to waste. If i wanted Benihana I would've ordered it. There's no blame on the driver, it's all on Grubhub and will be hard pressed to use the service again.
Total disregard for special instructions regarding allergy...inedible
