You can really appreciate the different layers, which are satisfying without being overly sweet or bitter from excessive cocoa powder. Overall, I highly recommend Cobbs Cakes, especially the Rocky Road flavor.
If her bakery is anything like her coffee, then it's truly one-of-a-kind.
