Hyatt Place Columbus/dublin

I have been staying at this restaurant for years! The staff is always friendly and helpful. I recently visited to see my mother, who is 93 and broke her hip. I had to bring my work with me and they graciously connected me to their conference/meeting room and provided me with a wired internet connection so I could continue working. They did not charge me for the meeting room and went above and beyond to help me out. I keep coming back because they consistently provide 5-star service. The rooms are always clean and the breakfast is delicious with a variety of options available. It's perfect for those on the go!

If you are not a member of Hyatt, you can sign up for free and download the app immediately. The app allows you to check in and out, and even use your phone as a room key. We did not have to interact with any staff except for one interaction when we called to see if an early check-in was possible. Hyatt treats their members very well, and this time they waived our early check-in fee. The amenities in the room, such as the toiletries, are top-notch, including high-quality makeup wipes.

The ambiance of the restaurant was pleasant, with a clean and comfortable dining area. However, the bathroom was notably small and outdated. I deducted stars from my review due to the subpar bathroom and the absence of room service on weekends. While this may not be a deal-breaker, it was disappointing considering the price of the meal remained the same without these amenities.

Clean, spacious room, comfortable bed, good water pressure in the shower. the staff was nice and helpful. the breakfast had a lot of fresh fruit! several species of heel flakes, jimmie dean breakfast sandwiches, hard boiled eggs, bagel and cold chalk options. good enough choice. small gym as clean with candles and cardio machines, perfect for a quick workout. only the problem was the Interstate chat.

On the surface this location is very nice. Once I got settled in my room I found that this place needs a lot of maintenance attention. The tile in the bathroom has been fixed with caulk and pretty poorly. The carpets need to be replaced. They show signs of serious wear. Hot water was practically non-existent. I turned the shower on full hot water and it barely got warm enough to tolerate. The location and staff are very nice. They need to do some updating.
