Its been awhile since Ive ordered the Hainan Chicken... it is better than before! Chicken was flavorful and moist but they also added a few extra condiments that add to the meal. I like poring the soup over my rice and the ginger/ scallion was perfect. They now add a sweet soy hat pairs well withe hai lab and a sweet/hot sauce. The Chinese lettuce was ok but the Malay sauce was watery from the sauté so not too flavorful. I like their soya chicken and pork but the pork was not tender as usual, I give it 4 stars mostly because of the chicken. They also added hai lab to the bbq pork and soya chicken and I think thats new too.

The Farm Raised Hainan Chicken with Soup 馳名海南雞飯 was delicious! I especially love the soup that comes with this dish. Its a broth soup but is very tasty and has chunks of meet in it. I was starving and this is a hearty portion with more than enough food for lunch.

Food was cold perhaps because dasher arrived 10 minutes later than expected. There was only one chicken wing cut up into three pieces. Used to be bigger portions.

I got the fram Farm Raised Hainan Chicken with Soup 馳名海南雞飯 it was ok the chicken was real bonie hardly any meat on it. the Century Egg Pork Congee 皮蛋瘦肉粥 not enough flavor needs more preserve eggs

Farm Raised Hainan Chicken with Soup 馳名海南雞飯 is an excellent dish! I like to pour most of the soup onto the rice, and a little on the chicken, then microwave it for a minute to get it nice and hot. Finally, sprinkle the peanuts onto the rice to add some texture, and use their 3 sauces to dip the chicken. Perfect comfort food for these cold winter nights!
