Chicken Place - Dubois County

This is the definition of a hidden gem. The chicken is actually fried and the skin/breading is so delicious. I did not like the German potatoes, so I guess those are an acquired taste. The waitstaff makes one feel like a regular, even if you just visit once a year.

I stopped in for a beer before a youth basketball game nearby. Super cool little bar a block from the gym. I'm not a beer snob (rarely have a drink) but tap selection was small. I tried something new, Avalanche, and it hit the spot. Cool place to have a drink. Staff working the bar were super nice.
