Big Al's Pizza Plus - Dudley

Had fish and chips and fish very fresh and cooked perfect. The sides of fries and coleslaw very good too.

THE GOATS!! Back-story: me and girlfriend were doing a homemade pizza night and went to a grocery store in a different town, on the way home ww realised we forgot the dang pizza dough. so we stopped at the local grocery store but they had none or frozen and every other pizza place was closed, but when we called big al's they had just what we were looking for and even gave us the pizza dough no charge! totally saved pizza night! Not crazy about the pizza but the baklava is delicious. I think some of the younger peopleneed to be a lil nicer but its ok. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Big Al's offers disappointing food. The pizza is excessively greasy, and the crust is often undercooked, despite my requests for it to be well done. I've tried various menu items there, but they've all been major letdowns. For instance, a Caesar salad typically includes romaine lettuce, shaved Parmesan cheese, and croutons, but the one I received had wilted, brown lettuce and only about 12 tiny croutons. It was not only overpriced but also unappetizing. Other nearby pizza places manage to include shaved Parmesan in their salads. It’s clear I won’t be ordering from Big Al's again.
