Mcdonald's Restaurants - Dudley

The worst McDonald's experience ever. I ordered through the app for pick-up, but when my food arrived, some items were missing and everything was cold. My daughter went back to the McDonald's to ask for the missing items and showed them the receipt, but all they said was to file a claim through the app. It wasn't the app's fault, it was the staff at the Schlosstor McDonald's who didn't include everything in my order. They claimed they were out of bags, but if items were missing and I didn't receive them, how could they be out of bags?

To start with, my order was not properly packaged and it wasn't even warm. The fries seemed like they had been sitting out for a while and had cooled down. I found a hair in my coffee, which is completely unacceptable. The staff was unhelpful and rude, they didn't even bother to apologize or explain. It was a terrible experience overall. Honestly, I would prefer to eat slowly and enjoy my meal rather than rushing through a bad one. I wouldn't even feed this food to my pet, it was that bad. The restaurant lacks standards, just like the employees working there.

The restaurant was not helpful at all and completely useless. They did not care about the missing items in my order. After driving all the way back to complain and get the missing items, the manager rudely told me to contact the supplier for a refund. They refused to provide me with the missing items that I had paid for, instead insisting on a refund that I did not want. It is clear that their policy is to not give customers missing items, even if it is their mistake or the fault of the supplier who packed the order incorrectly.

For a fast snack. eat quickly served. the dame with red hair cleaning the tables etc. makes an excellent work. eat hot, better than some local mcdonald’s. will be leaving. handy for the zoo, black country museum etc.

We ordered our food and didn't get a reciept or ticket number so had to get a staff member to find out for me. After about our order came up on screen to collect so popped on up only to be stood there waiting...for another to be asked why I was waiting there, by a staff member who had been aimlessly wondering around. By the time we actually got our food only the chips were hot, everything else was cold. Even my coffee was colder than the chips, how does that work..? people came in after us and got their food before us. Delivery drivers had crowded all around me, wearing masks but around their chins, what is the point?! The food served to us was served on a clearly filthy tray. Safe to say I will never go into this establishment again. The car park was literally a giant ice rink aswell, it's not hard to throw some salt down. There was nothing fast about it, the staff couldn't of cared any less and was a total waste of money
