My total was $25.95, which included an $8 online discount. I ordered a plant-based protein burrito (loaded with everything) and a steak bowl (everything except hot salsa). Unfortunately, the burrito was only about three-quarters full, with barely any protein and light on all the other ingredients. The bowl was only half full, with just a tiny amount of steak. They forgot the sour cream, added the fajita mixture with hot salsa (which I specifically did not want), and there was only a small amount of guacamole, which cost an extra $2.50. This is the second consecutive time I’ve had an issue with my online order being incorrect and incomplete. If you want to ensure you get exactly what you want, I recommend choosing another place like Q'Doba instead.
I really dislike that this is the only Chipotle in the north. This location has been consistently disappointing for years. It's always chaotic here. I understand it can get busy, but every time I visit, the experience is unacceptable. The lemonades are almost always empty, and my burrito bowls are typically only half full when I order. I'd prefer to place my order in person rather than online, but often the online ordering option is frustrating. If the restaurant is busy, it should prioritize in-person orders instead of the other way around. My most recent order took 40 minutes, and when I finally received my bowl, it was half empty and the chicken was completely cold. Save your money and choose Qdoba instead. I refuse to spend any more at this place.
Initially, there was a noticeable lack of energy and friendliness from the staff behind the counter. They didn’t engage with customers or even with one another. It felt like they were just going through the motions, and everyone seemed like they would rather be somewhere else. Moreover, the kitchen was in disarray. From my vantage point, it was cluttered and chaotic, with containers piled high on the prep table. The oven looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. On top of that, the portion sizes were disappointingly small. My bowl was barely half full, and the total bill for two people came to $35, which felt steep for what we received. Finally, the food itself was underwhelming. The steak was barely warm, dry, and tough, lacking the flavor of guajillo, garlic, or lime. The corn tasted frozen. Overall, I left feeling let down and unlikely to return.
I'm just starting with online orders. I had 10 minutes to find out, then I had to wait 20 minutes for my order because they were so after. This place is so dirty. The guy who makes the orders has as much food between the pans as above a inch. Then he grabs a wet towel and tried to scrape everything into the garbage can. These scraps fell back into the pans and mixed old foods with its wet towel in everything. They claim they are under servants, but cleanliness should be your first priority. I would have canceled my order if I knew how. So very disgusting
Worker was barking loudly at customers while making the food. No baskets so eat your burritos off the table. Only make quesadillas if you order online, what? No veggies, they were out of onions and green peppers. Wow! The meat was not fresh. I could go on. Terrible place.
