Octagon Sportsbar - Dumaguete City

It's good time to spend here for fans sport and drinks, Wednesdays and Sundays live music. Expensive prices for food but good service. Recommended.

Just south of the dumaguete city limit on the national highway, mountain side of the road. very good food, very reasonable prices, no a/c, unusually spacious parking for the phils, best hygiene/housekeeping--the c r was five star hotel clean!! open sided restaurant is spacious only complaints we have were waiting 40 minutes for our food, but we were apparently the first customers on new years day so that is probably not the usual. service was not sterling but we did get an immediate pitcher of ice water without asking with a refill also with out asking if you are a sports buff they appeared to have plenty of sceens to watch. this is probably a great place to eat and pass time with friends!!

The staff was very friendly, I can't understand why you do hamburgers of pork and not beef to be honest, it easily gets a little to dry wiyhout any beef in it. Over all still a good place and definitely wort a visit ifyou want to have a night without local dishes(wich is really nice when you have been there for 1-2 weeks and you start to miss home!

Food was gorgeous big portion very tasty. Enjoyed the band.super choice of drinks and COLD beer. Several large screen TVs for you sports lovers.customers there from all over the world so had some interesting conversations. Staff smiling attentive and very helpful. Not my usual kind if bar but made a great change after staying in a few remote Philippine areas. Will be back later this year.

Went here on the way back from a trip to the beach; had some snacks, all good taste, and some nice cold beers. Can't complain at the prices either. Worth a visit.
