Tim Hortons - Dundee

Just stopped to get a coffee. I wetness the staff handle a muffin with his bare hands and drop the muffin in the bag. The staff grabbed the muffin from the top of the muffin. Probably had dirty hands.

I go here pretty often as there isn't many coffee places in town. I normally order ahead through the app. I like to order a double sausage breakfast wrap (and most of the time they put sausage and bacon on it instead). My fiance likes to order the same thing but with no egg. Most of the time, they do take off the egg but they still will put sausage and bacon. This annoys me for the fact they have read our order and not put egg on his wrap, yet don't give the double sausage. I really don't care enough to write a review but today was a little more annoying. We ordered a 6 pack of doughnuts and only received 5 and they were all thrown into a bag instead of a box. I'm sure that the staff is busy, maybe they're low staffed, I'm not sure, but I just wish that the quality of their service would improve.

Parking: Parking is no problem. Kid-friendliness: Kids are fine.

Absolutely terrible. I ordered a medium Oreo ice Capp and a small red velvet cold brew. The cold brew was awful. It was extremely bitter and tasted like soap. The ice Capp was good until it was about half gone then I realized there was something in my drink. It was a large piece of plastic (picture attached). It was absolutely disgusting. Now I wonder how they make the drinks because how does someone not notice a large piece of plastic when preparing an order. I called and asked to speak to a manager and they seamed not to care and said “there is no managers here now but I will let a manager know when I see one” and hung up on me.
