We waited in line for 15 minutes inside to order when there was only one person ahead of us. After we finally ordered we waited another 10-15 minutes for the food. There seemed to be no sense of urgency to attend to anyone inside. Only the drive through. We got two burgers, and two kids meals so nothing crazy. The area by the pop machine smelled like a toilet and it’s not an exaggeration. It was very off-putting. Most of the pop machine flavors were out and the machine itself was dirty I didn’t really want to touch it. Worst Wendy’s I have ever visited.
Food is good if they don't mess up your order. Inside the restaurant is nice with fireplaces and stuff.My only complaint is they never get my order right. I don't even go there anymore for me, I take my spouse there and of course the order is wrong but he still wants to eat there because the food is great. They just need to train the staff better or hire people that actually listen to what is ordered. Parking: Plenty of parking huge parking lot. Its got a few holes to watch for though
The one guy behind the counter who took our order did a great job. The issue was with the place. Half of the options on the beverage machine were out, no coke, no dr pepper and 16 others out. All tables are dirty and we had to clean the table and seat to eat. Floor is gross, had buns, fries, and napkins in all corners of the store. Holes in the cushions. Toilet paper is not in dispenser just on railing. Sink and mirror look like it never been cleaned. TV is not on. Why have one and not have it on. The fountain machine looks like it's never been cleaned.
Staff was ok but very slow on helping at the counter. I believe they were low on staff but if it's this slow then they shouldn't be open. Customers waiting 15 minutes still didn't order. Manager get them some help.
