Deliciously the RedSnapper had in butter wine cubes with Moro rice, family business all fresh to table! Wonderful staff must go!

Carmen at Rainbow Springs Latin Restaurant took care of us. We loved our dinners! My husband had Snapper with fried sweet potatoes, rice and beans. I had the shrimps Sampi and replaced my rice and beans with salad. I wasn't very hungry and didn't want to waste food. Carmen was so sweet and said it wasn't a problem to change the duck! The shrimp scampi was perfectly seasoned and delicious! Don't miss this hidden jewel when you're in the area! We came (in January) to see if this was a good place to bring our grandchildren in the summer! It was pretty cold, we didn't want to camp. Stay in the comfort suites and were thrilled to find wine and seafood next door! Don't miss this hidden GEM!

My family and I really enjoyed this restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was also great! Very nice people. You could say that everything was fresh and carefully cooked. We'll be back when we're back in the area!

Amazing experience!!! The service was incredible and made us feel right at home. The chef also came out to help us make our selections for our entries and he did not disappoint. The flavor of all our meals was exquisite! The chicken soft and tender, and melted in your mouth, with sautéed onions to give it that crunch. The fish was cooked in a delicious buttery sauce, and sautéed with spinach and mushrooms. And the shrimp was perfectly seasoned with the perfect amount of garlic. Thank you so much for such an enjoyable experience! We will definitely be making the drive to enjoy this again!
