I came here because my throat hurt and I wanted hot chocolate. I don’t like tea or coffee, so I had no other option. The hot chocolate was not very good and I was disappointed by it. I did get a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich on a bagel, which was amazing. The atmosphere was very nice and cozy and the staff was very nice and understanding. I would definitely go here again, just not for the hot chocolate

We were visiting the East Coast and we took quite a detour from the freeway to get coffee from here. Can't really explain what it was, but the staff who took our order was very unwelcoming, she wanted to somehow be done with our order. Everybody else was being called by their names for their orders but not for us. Got the coffee and ran away.

Amazing coffee. Unfortunately, the service has been on a steady decline and has been abysmal as of late. I’ve waited over 30 minutes for coffee when the store is practically empty, and certain employees will ignore mobile orders entirely until you say something to them. The breakfast sandwiches are to die for, but I don’t think one has been what I’ve actually ordered it for the last ten times or so, even though these are all mobile orders where it’s very explicitly written out. I still have great luck with the morning weekday crew, but outside of that window, it’s been awful.
