Brewster Street Ice House Southside

We used to love this place, especially because we have little ones that love to enjoy the playground. Lately there has been this manager named RUDY! He is the absolute worst person. He’s extremely rude to customers. Walks around like he’s the leader of the universe. Ignores you and walks away from you while you’re asking him something. Has the playground closed more than it’s open even if it’s a nice beautiful sunny day! It’s sad that we are straying away because of this ONE ugly person!!! He is definitely NOT manager material!!!

Blue plate specials have great value and taste great.

Just had my child's birthday party here and it was amazing the staff the waitress all of it the food was also amazing! Made our time and day so much easier on us to be honest, the only I had was the spot I reserved was taken by others who REFUSED even though I did everything right. Thank you to Emily who made the moment right for us and marched on! Everything went smooth and special :

Food was ok. Service was great , music is so loud you have to yell at person next to you and makes it hard to communicate amongst eachother. Which kinda defeats purpose of going out together I think. Outside tables were much better and it was breezy enough to be nice.
