Filthy eatery, expensive with very poor food. Unfriendly staff milling around complete with dead flies on the window cills, what's not to like? Please do yourselves a favour and eat elsewhere, ANYWHERE but here.
This restaurant is absolutely terrible, avoid it at all costs. The fish was doughy with a thick batter, the chicken burger was tough as a rock, and the sausage had something in it that looked like a maggot. The tomato sauce was pink and vinegary, do not eat here. The chips were burnt and cooked in old oil.
The lady who served us was nice but the food was not. Very poor and very expensive. Annoying to pay over the odds for such poor food. The red sauce is worth a mention ... it was pink! We didn’t let our kids eat it. Avoid
We ordered 2 cod and chips and 2 teas cost £20! This would have been okay if food was top quality but it was far from that. The 2 cod fillets we’re identical to one another and made from re constituted white fish, like you buy in cheap supermarkets. Portion of chips was measly. Tacky surroundings to sit in and eat. Staff grumpy. Steer clear of this place and buy fresh fish and chips on seafront.
