Fish'n Chick'n Ware

Dont go to this place.they onky take cash so had to go post office few shops diwn get cash,the chips were awfull,the batter on our cod was soggy and oily,worst ever had in 67 yrs.i git this as a treat fir ny elderly father,it was a dissapointing flop,we threw it away,i didnt take back as i had to spent the rest day careing fir him.gadra give a star to print a review,i woukdnt give it any.

Have eaten from here few times. Most expensive in Ware and food fairly average. Staff can bit a bit sullen

I am completely shocked at the few reviews this place has? I'm assuming it must be down to their lack of presence online! Also I don't even believe that reviews on here are real, tried this place for the first time on Friday night, the place was heaving with customers, very quick service, very friendly staff. The chips were delicious and the cod was out of this world, I can honestly say it's the best fish and chips I've ever had! Will be coming back every time I want Fish Chips!!

After a 20 min wait, the fish was greasy, floppy and had a stale taste. The actual chips we managed to locate were over cooked and disgusting. All round let down, will not be going back

Fish Chicken was rarely great, but since the change of hands it’s hit an all time low. If you like a chewy batter, and you’re not bothered that they usually close an hour before their advertised time, this is the place to go. Despite being in a COVID-19 situation, this establishment is cash only. And although I voiced my concerns, I never saw the serving member of staff use hand sanitiser between taking cash and serving food. It ticks a box as a last resort, but if you care strongly about hygiene and/or good food, don’t bother.
