Contribuisci feedbackWe ordered our lunch on Deliveroo, while waiting for our train, hoping that one hour and half were enough to ingest the poultry and trot to the station (10m walk Unfortunately, while the application said that our order was still in progress, little did we know that the food was being (probably? thrown away because of a little controversy regarding the address. I don't wanna talk about the food waste, which is a huge problem in the historical period we're living in (y'all know this , but I'd like to specify that the employee who we called was very rude towards us, reaching a level where yelling to us looked like his only way to express his feelings towards the wasted breaded chickens. I'd recommend this place for it's fantastic chicken, but PLEASE be careful when you put your address, as you could end as a target for spine-chilling and malevolent shrieks.
I ordered a large coke and was given a can of coke I then called them up an told them wat happened I was told I can get a free item next time I order but was never told how I will be given that free item. Also I was given a drumstick the size of my thumb
We ordered for my nieces birthday there was 8 of us. Offered online Took 50 mins for delivery (which I didn't think was bad) Missing this missing that and 95% was cold. Phoned to speak to someone to get told ad we ordered online it's nothing to do with them. Then they were rude and said you can have 15% of ya next order . We was like no thank you next minute get shouted at saying someone will be at your door with£20 soon. 2 hours later nothing so I ring again and they know nothing about it apparently. 10 mins later door goes rude women goes here you go have that. Stear clear
Bought my son walt jr a southern fried chicken burger for breakfast which he enjoyed very much i will be coming back to this establishment, much better than los pollos hermanos!!
I ordered some food from Huckleberry Bishops Stortford and although it did arrive fairly promptly half my order was missing. When I called they said I had to speak to deliveroo, even though I pointed out that it was their fault for not putting the full order in the bag. The man on the phone was patronising and rude, simply saying ‘sorry darling’. Deliveroo said they couldn’t help so I called huckleberry back and the said they’d send out the rest of my order however it never arrived. Safe to say I will not be showing huckleberry my custom again, complete waste of money!
