Gullane Delicatessen - East Lothian

I absolutely love Gannet's Deli! I often stop by for a fantastic takeaway coffee to enjoy at Gullane Bents, or for their homemade soup, which is incredibly tasty and offers great value. They also have wonderful homemade scones along with other delicious savory items and cakes. I've even picked up some excellent oatcakes and dried herbs here. It’s a place that always puts a smile on my face as I drive by; I can’t resist stopping for a treat whenever I get the chance. It’s quite popular with both deli lovers and workers looking for a hearty bacon roll, too!

Gullane is a charming destination. As you stroll down Main Street, you'll find numerous quaint shops with plenty of character. During my visit, I decided to do my weekend grocery shopping at the delicatessen there. While the options weren't extensive and the prices were higher than typical stores offering the same products, I had little food at home, so I thought I would give it a shot. I picked up about five items for £20, which included bread, eggs, Parma ham, soft cheese, and a carrot cake. Unfortunately, the bread was stale, the cheese tasted old as if it had been on display for too long, and I never ended up eating the cake. The Parma ham was also disappointing and didn’t compare to the authentic Parma from Italy. However, I must commend the friendly service; the shop is a lovely addition to this small village.

Fantastic Italian spuck in guillaune! my mother and I spent two nights in the gullane and we needed a place to eat since our hotel was booked for this night. we found the main course by searching online for restaurants nearby. there were not so many options as we did not want to go back to the city, so we thought that would do it. we have booked a table and set ourselves very fast because we were literally the only customers in the restaurant. the whole food was great and our drinks were amazing. I tried irn bru for the first time and it tasted very similar to orange baby aspirin, but. to good wise. a great restaurant if you want a good Italian food in Scotland.

I and my family always go here and eat is always amazing. the waiters are also really nice.
