Old Aberlady Inn - East Lothian

We had lunch at the Old Butlady House on Saturday and had a great experience. The food was delicious with a wide variety of appetizers, snacks, desserts, and drinks. Unfortunately, we didn't have room for the Belgian waffles, but we'll be sure to try them next time! The service on Saturday, provided by Michael and his team, was friendly and very professional. The guest house has well-furnished and cozy dining rooms, as well as a sunny winter garden and a back garden for warmer months. We look forward to returning and highly recommend it!

I visited this restaurant with my dog, mother, and sister on a December night. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities such as hot water, tea, coffee, and hot chocolate. The staff were all amazing, very attentive, friendly, and made our stay enjoyable. The food was delicious and the breakfast was particularly impressive. The staff were extremely dog-friendly and even provided treats for my dog, Coco. We will definitely be returning next year as we had a great stay and the staff truly made this place shine.

This restaurant has a lovely atmosphere that is very quiet and relaxing. It is absolutely perfect for a family dinner or a romantic date with great conversation.
