Contribuisci feedbackBedding had large fecal stains that soaked into mattress. Staff first offered new sheets for us to strip bed but once we saw it soaked onto the mattress we asked for a new room. When asked to speak to the manager we were told this would be taken care of.They were able to move us across the parking lot to sister hotel but was not willing to do anything else for our inconvenienceat 11 pm at night. Charged full price.
Checked in on September 17, 2022 for one night on our way home to Toronto. Our room is one room away from the party room with a wedding going on strong. Asked if we can be moved to another room but regrettably there is no room available as a result of thewedding. Why would the hotel not assign the rooms close to party room to the wedding guests instead of normal travellerslooking for a good night rest. Hilton had been one of my go to hotel chains, this experience had me looking for another. Thismade me realize that management and Hilton do no care about their guests, very irresponsible to charge for a room when a goodnight rest can only begin after the wedding party ends. Disappointed and disgusted with corporate greed.
Positive- room was clean, bed was comfortable, black out curtains in the room were a plus, convenient location. Negative- Booked a king sweet with fold out couch bed for my wife, daughter and myself and was denied pillows and a blanket for the foldout bed in the room, pool and hot tub are in need of a cleaning, biggest issue was litteraly zero hot water in bathroom shower,family had to take ice cold showers.
Do NOT buy their breakfast! Over easy eggs with potatoes sausage and toast should not be a challenge to make edible. The eggs were over cooked, the sausage tasted cheap, the potatoes tasted like vegetable oil (eggs too for that matter . The toast wasn'tbuttered (and no butter or jam packets at the table . $25 for two people..sorry but I expect it to be edible. We left over halfof it on the plates. We were the only people there, yet our simple orders took fifteen minutes to get to the table. Save yourmoney and go to a local diner. Hell, show the front desk this review and ask for a recommendation for one nearby. : Customerservice was kind enough to refund the meal when I e mailed them about it.
Had a good stay at this hotel. Danielle welcomed me warmly and made sure to check on me through out the stay. I was very pleased by the CUSTOMERservice of the staff. Keep up the good work
