Burned. Cinder. And yet served! How can you look at those and think they're good enough to go on a plate?Staff was unapologetic at the table clearing (and carefully never approached during the meal to ask how things were). Avoid.
Can't say how the food is. It hasn't arrived. There are two friendly servers in a restaurant that is far too big for them to manage. The kitchen is over-whelmed. Management absent. Other tables complaining. We arrived one hour ago and we're told the food is at least another fifteen minutes.
I drive by this place all the time and it wasn't until a rainy day a few weeks ago, we stopped in.It is such a cute spot! Cozy, homey and perfect neighbourhood stop for breakfast.I had their eggs benedict and thought everything was really tasty. And the prices!!Seriously, brunch is something I find hard to justify, because. Eggs. Like so cheap so I don't want to pay $20 for them. But I believe my dish was around $11. Perfect. We loved it here and will come back!
Its a regular hot spot in Leslieville and busy weekdays and weekends. Have had breakfast and lunch here multiple times. Favourite - cuban sandwich, all breakfast items and Americano
It's a really nice little local hang out. The patio is a true bonus. The prices reasonable. The open kitchen is attentive.
