Marks And Spencers Cafe - Eastleigh

Had a nice bacon roll and chicken roll from breakfast and lunch menu was very nice and green tea . Clean and quite when we went good table service too.

My experience at this restaurant was terrible. The staff was rude, the service was slow, and the tables were not cleared. The food was okay once it finally arrived, but I will not be returning.

Couldn’t make any substitutions to the menu. I don’t like runny eggs or baked beans so asked for extra toast and mushrooms. Was told I’ll have to pay extra for that. I did do but never received them. It was all cold when delivered as was the espresso coffee.

Lovely fresh breakfast delivered to our table quickly and with a smile. Good choice of hot food along with cold choice too. Bit of a queue for hot drinks but worth the wait

Understaffed and tables piled high with dirty plates, cups etc. The limited staff on there best and you can’t help but feel for them when they continually apologise to the customers. Come on M&S, even Sainsbury’s Cafe next door is better!
