1st time eating at this amazing establishment. Everything was perfect. Traveled a lot of places and this was the best dining experience we have encountered. Highly recommend anyone who has an opportunity to dine here to do so.
The food quality, distinctive tastes and sewrvice make for a wonderful dining experience. This is the only restaurant on the Eastern Shore of MD that has NYC quality in all respects. The timing of each course is effortless and perfect and that makes for a perfect date night and special occasion. We love all of the Prager restaurants and relish how each one is distinct yet all share the same high level of quality where the food an experience reflect passion by all who are involved. The Chef is a James Beard winner and his recognition is warranted What I like is that he has always been great but he keeps getting better with a focus on exceeding expectations. When you come, prepare to be wowed. You will not be disappointed.
We had a spectacular evening! Being a local, the chef created some of the best dishes I've ever had. The wait staff were amazing as well and extremely attentive. I was lucky enough to take a friend who maybe more someday for a romantic dinner, she was also quite impressed. My pup Chanel is not a Red Stocking, she's a Corgi but enjoyed the doggie bag immensely. ?
Bas Rouge is a dining experience...a great dining experience. The food is extraordinary, the service attentive, wine selection totally worth exploring and the expense is worth it. What a gift to Easton!
