Chipotle Mexican Grill - Easton

Awful and bizarre experience. I stopped to grab food and there was a long line of people waiting to order. There were two employees cooking in the back, and one standing at the register. I waited fifteen minutes and the whole time I was there no one was working the line, no one took an order. After the fifteen minutes without anyone in front being helped I left, as did Navy other groups who were waiting. No employee ever said why they weren't taking anyone's order, like the register was down or they were waiting on food to be grilled, they just stood there.

The food was mid but the service was not good. There were three people up front at the window station but only one was working. The other was training, but no one was helping him. They forgot some of my items after I asked for them twice. Probs will not go back there, at least to that specific location.

The Mexican food, and the quesadillas and chicken tacos are delicious. I also enjoyed the service.

We travel 40 minutes to get here and it is Much Worse than the Freemansburg location. Today every single table was unoccupied and every single table was filthy with leftover lettuce, scraps, used napkins, etc. It was disgusting. The floor was a garbage pit, a used drink cup with a lid on the floor by the soda fountain. Cringeworthy! With the lack of care shown here, we were all afraid to eat the food. My son's burrito was half the size as the other 2, the wraps were chewy and nasty. This is the first time I had no desire to eat my full meal and it went to the trash bin. In the future we will drive the extra 20 minutes each way to avoid this place. There is obviously no accountability for treating the place like a garbage pit.

This is by far THE WORST place I ever been to in my life. No fast food restaurants has given me an experience worse than this chipotle. Terrible quality, short staff. Just TERRIBLE. Wish I could give 0
