I see that the sacrificials go back and forth and do not even recognize us. in the kitchen there was a group of saponses that only spoke when they made a tik-tok dance and the manager even came to them. I stared and noticed some stared right back at me, but not when I say something. I see the manager goes by and he didn't even say anything to the crazy about us. the manager and the worshiper were of the bar and said that he had to go up to them and reminded them that she had put us down. the saying looked at us. wing back and forth to these other tables to check on them, including their bill and so on. before they even come to us. then he finally came to us. the pommes were cold, not even told them that the pasta was coarse. there was a lemon in the brokkoli of my life after eating we had to wait like a good 15 minutes until our blessings come by and give us a scary one. Take care of yourself. I have never seen a franchise restaurant so that their female blessing yoga shorts wear. never again.
Ordered $74.02 worth of take out food and there were some issues. I called Don and he made it right. Not only did he make it right, but he told us he was very sorry and to ask for him again when ordering the next time -In a world grossly affected by Covid-19, it's easy to complain about how customer service has really taken a nose-dive -Let's appreciate Managers like Don who, when we place to go orders and something is not right, values his customers -I am grateful to find a manager like Don who has worked there forever and as a customer, can see that he takes pride in how the restaurant is run -Have a little mercy on the Managers, staff and the food industry -The cost of food is going up and staff shortages are the norm. Finding people who care about their jobs is not.
I am extremely upset with the service here. As soon as my family and I sat down we were getting asked what we wanted, we didn’t even get a chance to look at the menu. Are Server brought us out the wrong drink and when we asked it to be fixed we had to wait 20 minutes, after waiting for such a long time my drink came back half full. For the rest of the night we did not here from are server so someone else came to help us but are girl who was supposed to be helping us made sure that he did not help us and it was all her. All the waiters were wearing random clothes and we did not know if they worked there or were also there to eat. Another thing that I have noticed tonight was that there were was no ketchup any where. My family and I did not have a good time and will not come back again.
I suppose. this place looks pretty dirty. the windows need good cleaning. I ordered 12 buffalo wings and also ordered an extra blue cheese because they give them the same amount of blue cheese as 6 wings. when I opened the bag to house, it had only 11 wings and lacked the extra blue one I paid. I also ordered fried garnel and it was overhauled and burned. never eat here again. I'll go to chilis next time.
Very disappointed in the menu. They no longer have french onion soup which was the absolute best. Not alot of choices. I only eat seafood. Alot of the shrimp dishes are gone. Once they said they didn't have the soup I didn't even order. My daughter ordered buffalo wings. I sat while she ate those and then we left. Won't return any time soon .
