Beautiful place with large selection of tartaric acid (bef, huh, salmon). it is not a general tartaric acid (as in france: only meat, egg and salt/peffer), it is a Swiss tartaric acid: chopped meat and wide offer. I took a Greek tortar: bark with dried tomato, olive and feta. it was incredibly delicious! the prices are about 30 pieces.
Excellent choice of tartars, reasonable prices, warm atmosphere and more than pleasant staff.. personal recommendation: gourmet beef tartare with sesame and black garlic, foie gras and mustard seeds.
Cozy place. The best tartars in the region. Friendly staff. Quite crowded so I suggest making a reservation. Photos: Mexican tartare, steak de bourg and pesto tartare... Delicious
Not bad at all! Very busy so don't forget to book in advance! So quite noisy. Big downside on the tuna and salmon tartare, too much sauce...I'm still looking for the pieces of fish, too bad. Unlike beef, better consistency. Big favorite for truffle lovers, Russian and exotic! The desserts are very good! 2nd favorite for the service, outgoing, caring, and very friendly! Julie was super nice and helped us have a good time! Thank you Julie (don’t change! I’ll happily come back with friends!!! See you soon
