Chili's Texas Grill - Edmonton

I came in with a large group and I'm not gonna lie to yah service was ok .food tasted like they popped it in a microwave then drowned it in salt .

The worst Chili's I have ever been toHORRIBLE SERVICE! The waitress was the worstTook almost near an hour to get our food, drinks about 30 min.

Our waiter couldn't have acted more unhappy that we were there, or more like he hated his job. When we ordered he would shrug his one shoulder and say sure disdainfully. He also didn't ring in my order correctly. I clearly ordered the chicken fajitas and I got the chicken tacos, and they still charged me for it. Waiter that delivered food was much nicer than our own. Food is so so, flavour isn't great. So in short, service was awful (probably just that waiter) and food was ok. Probably won't ever come again.

We waited 20 minutes to be seated even though there were empty tables. They said they were short on servers and wanted to give full service once you were seated. Fair enough. We were indeed given good service once seated. Service was prompt. Food was good, tasty and the prices reasonable. I found the broccoli was prepared exceptionally well.

Good food was not disappointed. In fact ate there two nights in a row. The two can dine for 25 or 30 is a good concept. I will say our service was good but the couple sitting next to us didn't get noticed til we mentioned it to our server. Found out they don't have sections and there is a chance you will get missed.
