Menu provides ample choice, staff cordially helps with Smiles and help you pick your best from the shelf. In my past two visits was supported by Jena and Shivani.Raspberry Cheesecake ice cream is must try.

Terrible experience. Pre ordered ice cream cake for a party. They made the wrong one and told me keep it or get your money back.. now I'm either out a cake for my party or take a cake I didn't order. The customer service was deplorable, zero effort to ensure a happy customer. No accountability( they kept insisting the cake was correct) and false advertising( they claim their chocolate coffee cake has coffee whip, the owner told me they do not have flavored whip apparently).I hope you do better Marble Slab, I have notified Marble Slab Canada of your poor performance.

I presented my coupons for the $3.50 cone, but in the end, they returned them to me, saying they were only for kids. I was there with my 7-year-old, so I don’t understand why they gave us a large cone instead of a smaller one, especially since I showed the coupon before ordering. This is incredibly frustrating—I ended up paying twice the price! I won’t be coming back here. I feel like I was tricked into paying more. I could have refused to pay!

The ice cream quality itself was good, but I’ve noticed it becoming increasingly sweeter lately. Unfortunately, I’ve decided that I won’t be returning to this location next time. I've tried the same flavor in various cities across Canada, and they all taste great—just not here. Additionally, the price has gone up substantially, and I won’t get into that here, but it’s definitely excessive. I highly recommend trying the brand "Desi Licious," which I found at Chalo Fresco on 17th Street. The taste of that ice cream is fantastic and is far better than Marble Slab in both price and quality.
