When I pull up they always ask for my app and if I will be using my rewards, at other mcdonalds they seem upset that I want to use my app. The service is super fast by the time I pull up to the second window my order is already being held out.
I was surprised when I walked in that you have to order your food on a upright computer. I asked the girl if she could take my order and she said I had to use the up right computer. Was looking for a egg sausage Mcmuffin and couldn't find it. I had to ask the girl for help and she did. She went to sandwiches then she clicked it and that's where the egg sausage Mcmuffin was. Then if you have to pay with money you still need to go to the cash register and pay the person that's. In other words you need 101 class to order your food when you go there. As I was eating I saw several people having the same issue I experienced.
Customer service experience was shockingly negative. Went through the drive thru and were met immediately with attitude. Food took forever to be prepared and the meals were barely filled. Don?t see us coming back.
We walked in the store manager spoke to the first guy in line in Spanish. I don't know Spanish walked up to counter and he said they are closed. He then said I also said it in English he lied. I am not from here but was discriminated against because I dont speak Spanish poor customer service . When I was waiting for my lift driver several other customer's went inside and came out saying they are closed. Very poor management in this building.
I was attended by the employee (she seemed like a team leader or manager) named Stacy and she was great. I ordered my mcdouble with an extra cheese and when I told her (they were in a rush) she apologized and told me I would get a new McDouble for free. So I got an extra burger as courtesy I?m sure and she was fast and very nice. I?m glad I got attended by her.
