Johnny G's Delicioso - El Paso County

Lovely father's day lunch, fantastic local Mexican food.

His Carnitas tacos are the best in town by far. His salsas are on point but be careful with the hot salsa, it is so so good but it is hot. I recommend Johnny G to anyone that wants an amazing authentic taco. Also his tortillas are on point because he makes them. Best in town.

I can't add a photo because we devoured the food too quickly. We got the taco 6 pack and carnitas burritos, smothered (wet). Soooo delicious!! Green chili is amazing, salsa is nice and hot but with great flavor. Our business building invited this truck and they did not disappoint. I'll be looking for you again around town! Mahalo.

Let me start off by saying that I NEVER post reviews, but my experience with Johnny G's Delicioso was so terrible that it warranted a review. I was recently at an event that Johnny G's Delicioso catered, and I cannot believe how unprofessional the service was. Not only were he and his staff more than an hour late to the event, they were incredibly rude once they showed up. This might be a good option as just a food truck outside a bar, but to call themselves caterers is a complete joke.

One of the very best food trucks in The Springs. Great food, owner is passionate for quality and taste, I go out of my way to stop at Johnny G's Delicioso! Specials and menu change all the time, but green chili is always a great choice. Hand rolled tortillas are the best around. Do yourself a favor and give Johnny's a try.
