Ok Barbecue - Elbe

Hi, I'm the owner, I'm trying to get vetified so I can change the hours, I am absolutely not tech savvy so have patience. Our hours are from noon to 9pm. A big thanks to the wonderful customers who have helped us start this. Help us help others. We are from Oklahoma and want to share the love we felt as we sat at our dinber table w our families. Soooooooo good! I got a sweet tea and bbq brisket sandwich. I was so excited they had OK sweet tea. The tea, bbq, music, and staff did not disappoint! We will be back and this will be a must stop!

Absolutely incredible. It’s rare to even find decent BBQ in the PNW, but this was some of the best I’ve ever had! I can’t choose if the pork or brisket was better, but be sure to get the homemade bread with honey butter.

Best bbq I’ve had in Washington, beans and potato salad were out of this world. Sandwich amazing too. Friendly and fun
