I told her I wanted a double all white meat chicken breast and she quoted me $14 but when I got to the register they said it was $18. Apparently there was a surcharge for the creamy spinach as well. All this upset me greatly. I asked the cashier to honor what had been told me in misrepresentation. The cashier responded she would not be responsible for the error of the server. Secondly, 75% of the drinks had out of order signs on them!!!?. Thirdly, the dark gravey she applied to meal has extra pepper in it which I did not appreciate it.
This place looks like it's been robbed! The menu is just filled with signs that say sold out sold out sold out. So I say I get the chicken sandwich and he tells me it's 19 minutes for a fresh one we just sold out! 19 minutes at 6:30 at night you didn't know when you only had a couple left you should have dropped some more? I haven't eaten here for years and I guess there's a reason why! Incredibly disappointing thanks anyway T-Mobile
A National Restaurant chain advertises and lets you buy meals from their website directly that allegedly has been pulled off the market weeks ago, at least that’s what the store manager said. To my surprise half of the items I ordered were not there when I was there to pick up my order. Manager was nice but the excuse felt very lame. While most other chains recovered from Covid and invested in their stores, this place didn’t. This store looks old and beaten up. Not recommended, I will suggest to find another place to spend your money.
It doesn’t deserve any stars more like a 0! I ordered online for a pickup last week n when my husband went there to pick it up no one was there. The restaurant was closed n we lost our $35 n I reported them to the Better Business Bureau
Staff is consistently unfriendly and food is WAY overpriced for the quantity you get. You ask for a full slab of ribs and you only get 3/4 of a slab but you pay for a full slab. No wonder most Boston Markets closed down !!!!
